Job Overview
NCML is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst Supervisor to lead microbiology laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in microbiology testing, laboratory management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing and sampling.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, NABL, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead and supervise microbiology laboratory operations.
- Manage method validation, SOPs, and equipment qualification.
- Handle CAPA, OOS investigations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Review, verify, and authorize analytical results and reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Business Development, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure data integrity.
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree in Microbiology.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in microbiology laboratory and quality management.
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
