Job Opportunity | QA Manager – Dairy & Milk Powder Plant
Shramik Group is inviting applications for the position of Quality Assurance (QA) Manager at its Dairy & Milk Powder Plant in Sangamner, Maharashtra.
- Position: QA Manager
- Location: Sangamner, Maharashtra
Experience::
- 5–10 years in the dairy industry
- Hands-on experience in Milk Powder Plant/Spray Drying operations is mandatory
- Prior experience leading a Quality Assurance team is preferred
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
- OR B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance function for the Dairy & Milk Powder Plant
- Implement and maintain FSMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards
- Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished product quality
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage QA documentation, SOPs, specifications, and records
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
- Conduct internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Train and develop the QA team on food safety and quality systems
