🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 Years in Food Production Plants
🥖 Preferred Industry: Bakery Manufacturing

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor daily production activities in bakery manufacturing
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations
• Optimize production efficiency and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols
• Maintain production records, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
