We’re hiring an Operations Manager to drive performance, streamline processes, and enable scalable growth.
Title: Operations Manager
Experience: 7– 8 years of experience in Operations Management
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Identify pertinent 3P partners for all the new product launches, set-up the 3 P units, establish partnerships and manage the same.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, FSSAI regulations, and company quality norms.
- Implement and monitor hygiene and safety protocols across facilities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices where applicable.
- Introduce automation and technology-driven solutions for operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Track KPIs such as production efficiency, cost per unit, and downtime.
