We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented manufacturing professional to lead our bottling plant operations and drive excellence in production, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Position: Manager – Production
🔹 Experience: 10–12 Years
🔹 Industry: IMFL/CL/ Liquor Bottling
🔹 Qualification:B.Tech Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
💰 CTC: ₹11–12 LPA (Fixed+Variable)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end production planning and blending/bottling operations.
✅ Achieve production targets, improve OEE, line efficiency, and plant utilization.
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP, FSMS, HACCP, FSSAI, and State Excise regulations.
✅ Optimize ENA/RS, packaging material, utility consumption, and manufacturing cost per case.
✅ Minimize production losses, wastage, leakage, and equipment downtime.
✅ Coordinate preventive maintenance and improve machine reliability.
✅ Ensure SHE, fire safety, and applicable environmental compliance, including ETP/STP norms.
✅ Drive TPM/TRACC, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Manage production teams, shift operations, audits, and manufacturing MIS.
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands-on experience in IMFL, or liquor bottling operations.
- Practical exposure to high-speed bottling lines, production planning, and process optimization.
- Experience in Uttar Pradesh State Excise inspections and statutory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of production KPIs, SAP/ERP, quality systems, and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
