We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Quality team and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process, raw material, packaging material, and finished product inspections.
- Maintain quality records, SOPs, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, personal hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Support HACCP implementation, internal audits, and external audits.
- Investigate customer complaints, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and other departments to maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and customer-specific requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
Salary Range: 22K to 35K CTC (Based on experience).
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality documentation.
Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
