Haldiram’s is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Technical Regulatory to join our Corporate Team. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food regulations, labeling requirements, product approvals, and regulatory documentation while supporting new product development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review product formulations, ingredients, and additives for regulatory compliance.
✅ Verify packaging artwork, nutritional information, claims, and mandatory declarations as per applicable regulations.
✅ Monitor and interpret updates in FSSAI, Legal Metrology, environmental, and international food regulations.
✅ Manage allergen declarations, calorie disclosures, and compliance requirements across products and platforms.
✅ Support licensing, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
✅ Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers, technical documentation, and approval records.
✅ Conduct regulatory audits across manufacturing and retail operations.
✅ Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
✅ Liaise with regulatory authorities and support internal and external audits.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.
- 5–7 years of regulatory affairs experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, QSR, or Nutraceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, Legal Metrology requirements, product labeling, and food compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
