Job Opening: NPD Trainee – Gurgaon | On-site | BeastLife Pvt. Ltd.
BeastLife Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented NPD Trainee to support our New Product Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals, especially those from the nutraceuticals, FMCG, or allied industries, to work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end process of new product development – from concept research to sample development and product launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, design, and quality control.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in product trials, sample evaluation, documentation, and regulatory checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ingredient sourcing and technical data. •Maintain project timelines, update trackers, and follow up on deliverables.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Candidates from the Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods, FMCG, or Wellness industries are strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for product innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable working from our Gurgaon office (on-site role).
