The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and process control throughout the manufacturing process.
This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing, quality control laboratories, food processing plants, or FMCG production environments.

Position: Line Chemist
- Department: Quality

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Testing
- Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Perform routine quality checks according to established SOPs and quality standards.
- Verify compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Production Monitoring
- Monitor critical quality parameters during production.
- Support production teams in maintaining process consistency.
- Identify deviations and report quality concerns promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues on the production line.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems and GMP requirements.
- Follow company quality policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.
- Assist in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
✔ Experience in the beverage, food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred.
✔ Knowledge of laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.
✔ Understanding of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality systems.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
