Job Opening: Deputy Manager/Manager – R&D (Bakery)
Emami Agrotech Limited is looking for an experienced professional to join its R&D team in Kolkata.
Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – R&D (Bakery)
📍Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development and innovation in specialty bakery products.
- Develop and optimise bakery formulations, recipes, blends, ingredients and processes.
- Conduct lab and plant trials, sensory evaluations and stability studies.
- Collaborate with ingredient suppliers and flavour houses for bakery ingredient trials and optimisation.
- Support product claims, artwork finalisation and 3P manufacturing/packing evaluation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- B.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Food Technology.
- 8–12 years of relevant product development experience in the bakery industry.
- Hands-on experience in New Product Development & Innovation of Specialty Bakery Products is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in reputed bakery industries will be highly preferred.
