New Product Development Intern

About the Role:
Snackible is looking for a curious and passionate New Product Development Intern to support its R&D team in developing innovative and delicious snack products.
The role involves hands-on exposure to product formulation, sensory evaluation, ingredient research, and cross-functional collaboration across savoury, sweet, and functional snack categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and trialling new snack concepts
- Conduct sensory evaluations and improve recipes based on feedback
- Research ingredient trends, emerging formats, and competitor products
- Coordinate with operations and manufacturing teams to assess scalability
- Maintain records of trials, cost estimates, and outcomes
- Contribute ideas aligned with Snackible’s clean-label and mindful snacking vision
Who Can Apply:
- Students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related fields
- Passionate about food innovation and the Indian snacking industry
- Detail-oriented with an interest in taste, texture, and ingredient quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must have their own laptop
