Technical Officer / Shift Incharge
Shramik Milk and Food Processing Industry – Sangamner is hiring for the following position
📍Location: Sangamner, Maharashtra
Department: Milk Powder Plant & Milk Process Plant — SCADA Based
Number of Positions: 01
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor SCADA-based milk processing and milk powder plants
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality, safety and efficiency
- Operate pasteurizer, homogenizer, evaporator, spray dryer, CIP and other equipment
- Ensure smooth milk reception, processing, evaporation, drying and powder handling
- Take corrective actions for process deviations and troubleshoot operational issues
- Supervise shift manpower and ensure discipline, safety and SOP compliance
- Achieve production targets with minimum downtime and product loss
- Maintain shift reports, records and documentation
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC and other departments
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
- Dairy Technology
- Food Technology
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Chemical
- Related fields
Experience:
2–6 years of experience in
- Milk Processing Plant
- Milk Powder Plant
- SCADA-based Dairy or Food Processing Plant
Required Skills:
- SCADA / DCS / HMI operation
- Process control
- Plant operations
- Troubleshooting
- Team handling
- Quality and safety compliance
