Arjun Srivastava, Co-founder and Deputy Managing Director of Wingreens Farms, is an IIM- Ahmadabad Alumni, and has worked for over 29 years in multi faceted domains of Advertising, Marketing, and Executive Search. He last headed DHR International as the Managing Director India. Earlier he spent 8 years in PepsiCo with the last three years in the US heading global marketing for flavoured beverage brands.

Manager / Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
💼 Experience: Minimum 12 years
💰 CTC: ₹14–16 LPA
Key Requirements:
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:
- Quality Assurance in Juice / Beverages plants, Hot Fill or CSD
- Dairy industry experience
- UHT, Pasteurization, CIP and HACCP
- Experience working with and coordinating co-manufacturers / third-party manufacturers
- Legal Metrology (PCR) 2011 and FSSAI regulations, particularly Labelling & Display requirements for artwork review
- Customer complaint handling, including coordination with 3P manufacturers for RCA and CAPA
- Developing and reviewing SOPs, specifications and quality documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and other MS Office tools
