🏭 Department: Quality Control & Laboratory Operations
💼 Employment Type: Trainee / Permanent
🎓 Eligibility:
- B.Sc (Chemistry) OR M.Sc (Chemistry)
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Laboratory / Quality Control
- Preference for candidates from the Dairy or Food Processing Industry
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and analytical testing of milk, milk products, ice cream, paneer, yogurt, sweets, raw materials, and in-process samples.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, statutory requirements, and internal quality specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Monitor test results and report deviations or non-conformities.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Support internal, external, and statutory quality audits.
- Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and proper chemical handling.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams for product release and corrective actions.

- Strong analytical and laboratory testing skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
