📍 Location: Amul Pune Dairy, Pune
🏭 Department: Production & Manufacturing (Dairy Operations)
💼 Employment Type: Trainee / Permanent
🎓 Eligibility:
- B.Tech in Food Technology OR B.Tech in Dairy Technology
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Dairy or Food Processing Industry
- Preference for experience in Yogurt, Paneer, Fermented Products, or Sweet Manufacturing
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift-wise production of Yogurt, Paneer, and Sweet products.
- Ensure product quality, yield, and process consistency.
- Maintain compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Standards.
- Minimize production losses, rejections, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Engineering teams.
- Manage shift manpower, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Maintain production records and batch documentation.
- Ensure proper CIP, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
✅ Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing technology.
- Understanding of food safety systems and statutory compliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
