💼 Job Role: Area In-Charge – Milk Procurement (Kolkata & Bihar)
📍 Location: Bihar & West Bengal (Kolkata Region)
👨💼 Employment Type: Trainee / Permanent
🎓 Eligibility:
- B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology OR B.Sc Agriculture
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Milk Procurement / Field Operations
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Dairy Cooperative Sector
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage milk procurement operations in the assigned region.
- Ensure milk quality and prevent adulteration at society level.
- Coordinate with village milk cooperative societies, farmers, and transporters.
- Monitor procurement quantity, quality, logistics, and routes.
- Conduct field inspections, society audits, and farmer meetings.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS, and field reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and Plant Operations.
✅ Required Skills:
- Strong field orientation with extensive travel.
- Knowledge of dairy cooperative and milk procurement systems.
- Good communication and farmer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in rural field conditions.
