We’re Hiring | Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D (Raw Material Specialist) 🚨
Join our R&D team and play a key role in raw material innovation, risk assessment, and product development in a leading food manufacturing environment.
📍 Location: Bhandgaon Factory
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D (Raw Material Specialist)
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in Food Product Development, Raw Material Management, or R&D within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain raw material specifications.
- Conduct raw material risk assessments and hazard analysis.
- Evaluate alternate raw materials and suppliers.
- Support product formulation and commercialization.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Manage technical documentation, SOPs, and R&D databases.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
✔️ Strong knowledge of raw materials and food processing
✔️ HACCP, GMP/GHP, allergens, food microbiology & risk assessment
✔️ Regulatory compliance and material quality management
✔️ Excellent documentation and project management skills
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
