Are you an experienced production professional with a passion for food manufacturing, operational excellence, and team leadership?
Join The Akshaya Patra Foundation and play a key role in delivering safe, nutritious meals to millions of school children across India.
We are looking for a Team Leader – Production to join our Vrindavan Kitchen.
📍 Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Food Processing, Hotel Management, or an equivalent course
💼 Experience: 4+ Years (Manufacturing/Food Production)
🕒 Shift: Flexible Day & Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead day-to-day production operations and achieve production targets
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and food safety standards
✅ Mentor and develop production teams for operational excellence
✅ Drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and process optimization
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
✅ Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and workplace safety
