Mission of the Role
- The position will have the responsibility for execution of Audit/Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of food audits as per standard procedure for various standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, 2nd party audits etc)
- Execution of trainings as per standard procedure for various Food Standards
- Submission of audit reports, trainings packs as per defined TAT.
- Developments and executions of new audits/ trainings modules as per requirements
- Acting for compliance against accreditation requirements
- Supporting Sales team with customer referral and business meeting

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills:
- Qualification: The auditor has a degree (or equivalent qualification) in a food or bio science related discipline
- Experience in the food or associated industry including at least 2 years’ full-time work in quality assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection or enforcement or the equivalent. 3rd party audit experience within the food industry will be considered as relevant work experience.
- Successful completion of Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor Training – minimum duration of 40 hours (5 days); or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training (minimum 40 hours) and ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 conversion course or ISO 22000 Foundation Self-study course.
- Successful completion of minimum 2 days (Minimum 8 hours in a day) HACCP training along with exam
- Successful completion of Food Fraud and Food Defence training including an exam (Specific to FSSC)
- Knowledge on applicable Country specific Food regulation
