🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Food Tech / Dairy Tech / Food Processing / Food Science
The Akshaya Patra Foundation is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as Manager – Operations at Varanasi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations, production, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and factory laws (FSSAI, GPCB, Labour Law)
- Manage labour utilization, inventory, and cost efficiency
- Build a culture of safety, quality, and employee motivation
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in the food industry, with 4+ years as a Factory Manager (100+ employees)
- Strong understanding of production, quality, logistics & supply chain
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Hindi & English
