In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
How you will contribute
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

Food safety management system /GMP Administration
- Developing HACCP / FSMS manual Plan, implementation and review.
- Monthly CCP monitoring.
- Develop all SOP as per quality Mondelez prerequisite standard
- Gap identification on quality prerequisite.
- Monthly audit of production lines on quality prerequisite implementation.
- Development & Maintenance of QMS systems at site
Hygiene & pest control Management
- Improving hygiene status for safe delivery
- Conducting GMP Audit at lines and follow up with action closure for non compliance with GMP standards
- Training employees on Quality parameters, HACCP / Prerequisites.
- Circulating & maintaining trackers of Mondelez QP conditions .
- Understanding & implementation of Mondelez sanitation requirements in existing lines as well as in new projects .
- Doing SDR & closure of all observations of SDR.
Q & FS in design Support for New products, product development and capacity expansion projects
- Carryout line stabilisation for new products.
- Conducting new product trials.
- Keeping coordination between Line Managers, Line executives & process control officers on process issues.
- Ensuring all product changeovers smoothly.
- New product Development/Transfer to plant
Quality
- Comply with Mondelez Personal Hygiene Policy
- Adhere with Mondelez Quality Policy & GMP standards at lines
- Enforce Food Safety Standards
- Establish and implement Rules & Procedures as relevant
- Have adequate Food Safety Knowledge covering the Work Area
Consumer Complaint
- Embedded Quality Measurement & Improvement to meet requirements of Voice of Consumer
- Analyse /identify the source of complaint.
- Take corrective actions along with production / Engineering.
Safety
- Identifying the hazardous areas through WPI and following up with closure. Minimising the risk and creating the awareness of HSE Building appropriate safety standards- reduction in number of accidents.
- Provision of necessary information, instructions, training and supervision to casuals to ensure safe operation.
