Designation: Quality Incharge
Job Location: Eastern U.P. (Purvanchal)
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology, B. Sc / M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Tech Dairy / Dairy Diploma
3 to 5 years of experience in any Dairy / Food industry.
Salary : As per industry norms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for incoming and outgoing Raw milk in BMC.
2. Maintain FSSAI Documents as per requirement.
3. Responsible for testing variation of milk in all BMCs.
4. Aware of company SOP’s and implement SOPs at each BMC.
5. Monitoring of Tanker Dispatch.
6. Interaction with the sales team about the daily requirement of Milk Tanker.
7. In the absence of BMC incharge, he has to take care of BMC operations.
8. Collection of the BMC samples for Testing.
9. Calibrate all BMC’s Milk Analyser time to time.
10. Always maintain all the BMCs hygiene.
11. Make regular visits to BMC.
12. Visit the customer point along with the Company’s tanker whenever required.
13. All the time, he should maintain enough stock of chemicals in BMC for regular activities.
