- Position: Quality Executive
- Industry: FMCG (Sauces, Jams, Pickles & Chutneys)
- Experience: 3–4 Years (FMCG Preferred)
- Gender: Male / Female (Both Can Apply)
- Salary: 10–15% Hike on Current CTC
Job Responsibilities (JR)
- Monitor quality at all stages of production and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Hygiene practices.
- Assist in handling customer complaints, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
