🚨 Hiring: Quality Executive –VKC Nuts Pvt.Ltd. (Nuts & Dry Fruits Industry)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Quality Assurance team in the Nuts & Dry Fruits processing industry.
📍 Location: D-63, Sec A-2, Trans Delhi Signature city (Tronica City) Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (U.P)
🏭 Industry: Nuts, Dry Fruits, Seeds & Berries Processing
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing RM/PM & FG
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and finished product quality checks.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Support internal audits.
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and allergen control programs.
- Assist in handling non-conformities, CAPA, and quality investigations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI/FSSC 22000, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, GMP, GHP).
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in nuts, dry fruits, spices, or food processing industry preferred.
