Reitzel India is Hiring: QA/QC Supervisor
Location: Kunigal, Karnataka
Company: Reitzel India Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Food Processing (Pickled Vegetables – Gherkins, Jalapeños, Baby Corn)
Are you passionate about food quality and safety? Reitzel India is looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to join our team and support quality operations in our pickle manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise QA/QC checks during processing, packing & preservation
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene & GMP compliance on the shop floor
- Conduct in-process checks for raw materials, brine, packaging & finished goods
- Maintain quality documentation & support audits (FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, IFS)
- Work with production to address deviations and implement corrective actions
- Train operators on food safety and hygiene best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
- 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in food processing (pickles/preserves preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes
- Good documentation and teamwork skills
