Agricultural Development Trust was founded by renowned social reformers Hon. Sharadchandra Pawar and his elder brother Padmashree Dr. D. G. Alias Appasaheb Pawar, in the year 1968 with the objective of serving the downtrodden masses and bringing agricultural and educational development among them. The Trust is situated at a distance of 5 km from Baramati, on the Baramati – Nira road. The trust began its activities by constructing percolation tanks in the drought prone area of Baramati Tahsil, which could fulfill the water requirement for drinking and agriculture.
Agricultural Development Trust and its various departments are honoured with many awards. Our Shardabai Pawar Mahila Mahavidyalaya won best college award in 2006 by Pune University and Re-accreditated with A Grade by NAAC in 2017, our KVK won Best Krishi Vigyan Kendra Zone V in 2012, KVK also won International Star for Quality Award from International Quality Forum, Geneva,Switzerland on 20th Sept. 2015.
Agricultural Development Trust has undertaken activities centered around the farmer and their family , Women Empowerment , Education ,Development & Research , Environmental Awareness. The activities of the trust include – Sharda Mahila Sangh, POLICE RECRUITMENT TRAINING for girls, Squint Removal Camp, Trekking Camp, COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION CENTRE, Agri Tourism etc.

About The Role : Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Define Sales Channels. Planning and executing all offline marketing and digital Marketing activities. Planning and executing Sales Channels and revenue generation activities

strategy and growth agenda for the Bhimthadi Foundation Marketing & Branding
Project. This is an excellent leadership opportunity for a marketing professional to
develop, implement & monitor marketing plans for, to achieve sales, market share &
profit objectives for the brands.
➢ Develop, execute, and monitor business plan for new product development. Liaison
with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel.
➢ Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer,
ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required.
➢ Work with media team to explore various innovative and cost-effective communication
platforms including digital, to plan effective media strategy.
➢ Liaison with trade marketing teams to conceptualize multi local plans to increase the
brand salience and visibility.
➢ Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of the Marketing
➢ Complete Profit & loss Responsibility of brands
➢ Achievement of top line, market share and bottom-line targets for the brands.
➢ Preparation, implementation, and review of medium/long term marketing strategies
➢ Should be able to synthesize multiple data points (qualitative / quantitative research)
➢ Strong ‘Shopper experience’: Designing and implementing trade specific schemes,
product display drives with merchandising and consumer promotions.
➢ High on execution / project management.
Educational Qualifications :
MBA – Marketing, /MBA- Digital Marketing /M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. degree (4 years of UG+
2 years of PG) in Food Process Engineering/ Food Engineering/Food Technology/ Agricultural Processing/Food and Agricultural Processing/ Processing and Food Engineering/Food Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Food and Nutrition/ Food Chemistry/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Process Engineering and Management/ Food Plant Operations and Management/ Food Safety and Quality Management/ Food Supply Chain Management/ Post Harvest Technology/ Food Process Technology/ Food Safety and Quality Assurance/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry
7+ years of experience is must in FMCG Marketing function, with stints/exposure to brand roles/ market and innovation research / product design / Innovation + Insights (6P’s), Marketing communication in Foods / RTE
Monthly Remuneration :
Up to Rs. 60,000/- Per Month
