AFP Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager from the Namkeen / Snacks Manufacturing Industry to lead our plant operations.
📍Location: Bihar (Plant Location)
🏭Industry: Namkeen / Snacks / FMCG Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning & execution for namkeen/snacks line
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality & hygiene standards
- Ensure achievement of production targets with minimum wastage
- Handling frying lines, seasoning & packaging & manpower efficiently
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance & dispatch teams
- Implement cost control & process improvement strategies
- Ensure food safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Technology / Mechanical / Production
- 5–10+ years experience in Namkeen / Snacks Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of frying systems, seasoning & packaging lines
- Team handling & leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on productivity
