We’re Hiring – Production Executive (Sanitation & Traceability)
📍 Location: Mandideep, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
💼 Position: Production Executive – Sanitation & Traceability
🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and monitor sanitation programs (CIP/COP, GMP, SSOP) across the plant.
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, FSSC 22000, and FSSAI requirements.
✅ Maintain end-to-end product traceability and batch documentation.
✅ Conduct mock recalls and ensure recall readiness.
✅ Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices on the production floor.
✅ Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams for traceability and compliance activities.
✅ Maintain sanitation and traceability records and prepare reports for audits.
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in food safety, hygiene, and process compliance.
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔️ Hands-on experience in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
✔️ Strong knowledge of sanitation systems, traceability, and food safety standards.
✔️ Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
✔️ Experience in audit handling and ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
