🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of new dairy and non-dairy products.
- Drive product innovation from concept to commercial launch.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, production, quality, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines, development plans, and deliverables.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Support product optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in R&D/New Product Development within the dairy or non-dairy food industry.

- Good understanding of dairy products, industry trends, food regulations, and quality standards.
- Prior experience in both dairy and non-dairy product development will be an added advantage.
