1. Production Manager – Ice Cream Plant
📌 Vacancies: 01
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology
💼 Experience: 12–15 years total, including 7+ years in Ice Cream Manufacturing and 5+ years in a managerial role
🛠️ Responsibilities: Production planning, scheduling, OEE monitoring, quality & safety standards, budgeting and cost optimization.
2. Production Executive
📌 Vacancies: 04
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years hands-on experience in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Daily production planning, manpower supervision, mixing, homogenization, pasteurization, filling lines and maintenance.
3. QA Executive
📌 Vacancies: 04
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy/Food Technology
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years hands-on experience in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Raw material and finished product inspection, CCP/OPRP monitoring and compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
4. Mix Room Operator

🎓 Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Dairy/Food Technology or Mechanical Engineering
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Ingredient weighing, mix preparation, pasteurizer & homogenizer operation, CIP operations and batch records.
5. Continuous Freezer / Cone / Cup Filling Machine Operator
📌 Vacancies: 03
🎓 Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Dairy/Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Continuous freezer and filling machine operation, monitoring product quality, coding and CIP/SIP cleaning.
6. Inkjet Printer Operator
📌 Vacancies: 01
🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate with coding systems experience
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Batch/date/MRP coding, print legibility checks, consumable management and product traceability.
7. Electrician

🎓 Qualification: ITI Electrician with Wireman/Electrical Licence
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years in Ice Cream Division
🛠️ Responsibilities: Preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical panels, VFD/PLC troubleshooting and LOTO compliance.
8. Fitter

🎓 Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

🛠️ Responsibilities: Mechanical maintenance of pumps, homogenizers, freezers and conveyors, alignment and replacement of seals/bearings.
9. Boiler & Water Softener Operator

🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Boiler Operation or equivalent
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 3+ years in boiler & water softener operations
🛠️ Responsibilities: Boiler and water softener operation, water quality monitoring, steam supply and utility usage logging.
10. Dispatch Executive

🎓 Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
💼 Supply Chain / Logistics preferred
