Section 59: Punishment for Unsafe Food
- Old: Upto 6 months imprisonment, fine upto 1 lakh
- New: Upto 3 months imprisonment, fine upto 3 lakh
Section 61: Punishment for False Information
- Old: Upto 3 months imprisonment, fine upto 2 lakh
- New: Upto 10 lakh
Section 63: Punishment for carrying out a business without license
- Old: Upto 6 months imprisonment, fine upto 5 lakh
- New: Upto 10 lakh
