Bengal Beverages Pvt. Ltd., an authorized bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, is inviting applications for an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations, plant maintenance and operational efficiency at its Paraj, Bardhaman facility in West Bengal.
Job Details:

- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Production Planning and Maintenance
- Industry Preference: Beverage industry experience highly preferred
- CTC: As per last drawn CTC and industry standards
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Efficiency
- Manage daily production planning and execution.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to achieve production and yield targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP reporting.
- Improve overall production efficiency.
- Maintenance and Breakdown Management
- Oversee preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage equipment breakdowns and repair operations.
- Ensure standardized mold-changing timelines.
- Implement measures to reduce power consumption.
- Quality, Audits and Inventory Management
- Maintain maintenance records for internal and external audits.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and equipment health checkups.
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with operational and maintenance standards.
- Safety and Continuous Improvement
- Implement and monitor LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) systems.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational issues.
- Minimize production rejection rates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Team Leadership and Training
- Manage production and plant floor personnel.
- Plan and coordinate plant startups and shutdowns.
- Conduct monthly technical training for operators and production engineers.
- Ensure effective team coordination and operational discipline.
