Job Overview:
Pal Frozen Foods is inviting applications for the position of QA Manager – Frozen Foods. The company is looking for an experienced quality assurance professional with strong knowledge of frozen food manufacturing, food safety systems, quality control and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in frozen vegetables, IQF processing, food processing or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of frozen food manufacturing and food safety systems.
- Practical experience in HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI and quality audits.
- Knowledge of food microbiology, laboratory testing and quality documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with production, procurement and warehouse departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality assurance activities in frozen food manufacturing.
- Ensure implementation of food safety and quality management systems.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP and FSSAI requirements.
- Oversee quality audits, laboratory testing and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement and warehouse teams.
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards throughout manufacturing operations.
