Chokhi Dhani Foods is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage our food manufacturing operations.
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
Preferred Product Experience: Sauces, Pickles, Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Foods, Spices and Mayonnaise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end factory operations and production planning.
- Oversee production, manpower, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience working as a Factory Manager.
- 15-20 years of experience in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing sauces, pickles, RTE foods, frozen foods, Spices and mayonnaise is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and factory operations.
