- Position: Assistant Manager – Production (Noodle Manufacturing)
- Location: Rohtak, Haryana
- Reporting To: GM – Operations
- Required Experience: 6–10 Years
Swasth Aahar Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – Production (Noodle Manufacturing) at its facility in Rohtak, Haryana. The company is looking for candidates with strong technical knowledge of noodle manufacturing, production planning, process control and food safety compliance.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology or B.Tech. in Food Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day noodle manufacturing operations and achieve production targets according to the production plan.
- Monitor production processes, machine performance, manpower utilisation and product yield.
- Ensure compliance with process parameters, product specifications and production quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Minimise wastage, production losses and machine downtime while improving productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI requirements and plant safety standards.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and operational MIS.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in noodle manufacturing is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of noodle production processes, machinery and process controls.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, troubleshooting and yield improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination and team management skills.
