Food and Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and maintain food safety systems and records including HACCP, GMP and GHP
- Conduct regular inspections of food processing, storage and handling areas
- Train and guide staff on food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred
- Valid FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor (FoSTaC) certificate is mandatory
- 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry
- Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety standards and quality systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
