Quality Analyst / Quality Executive

Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Experience in Quality Assurance of RTE / RTC / Egg Processing or relevant food products
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes from raw egg receiving to finished products
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, processed egg products, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety standards
- Monitor temperature, pH, hygiene, sanitation, and CCPs
- Maintain inspection logs, batch records, reports, and testing documentation
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate CAPA
- Coordinate with Production and Laboratory teams for quality testing and issue resolution
- Support internal and external audits
- Handle and support customer complaint resolution
