BeastLife is looking for an NPD Associate / Senior Associate to drive the end-to-end development of innovative food & nutrition products — from concept and formulation to trials, sensory evaluation, finalisation, and commercial launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end NPD projects from ideation to launch
- Develop and optimise food & nutrition product formulations
- Coordinate trials, sampling, prototyping and iterations
- Conduct sensory evaluation of taste, texture, aroma, mouthfeel and aftertaste
- Evaluate products for nutrition, ingredients, cost, quality and scalability
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Maintain formulation sheets, trial reports, specifications and development timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Food NPD / Product Development / R&D
- Hands-on experience in food or nutrition products is essential
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, flavours and food processing
- Excellent sensory skills and a strong palate
- Understanding of nutrition, product costing, quality and scalability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple NPD projects simultaneously
- Exposure to sports nutrition, functional foods, health & wellness is an advantage
