Job Responsibilities:
✓ Inspection of RM, PM & Finished Goods (Bread, Bun, Pizza Base)
✓ Online Quality Monitoring & Process Control
✓ Maintaining Documentation – FSSAI, HACCP, FSSC-22K, GMP
✓ Handling Lab Testing & Customer Complaints
✓ Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene Standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Sc /M.Sc /B.Tech in Food Technology
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Must have experience in Bread/Bakery Industry)
- Strong knowledge of Bread Quality Parameters & Food Safety
