We’re looking for an experienced Manager– New Product Development to lead and drive end-to-end new product development and rollout projects at VRB, ensuring
effective project management, cross-functional coordination, timely execution, packaging procurement, and successful product launches.
Who We’re Looking For
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development and product rollout projects.
- Drive project timelines, priorities, governance and on-time execution.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
- Handle packaging procurement and packaging vendor management.
- Drive vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
