- Position: Quality Assurance Executive

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Travel Requirement: Two-wheeler is mandatory (city-wide travel required)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Quality Assurance (Food Industry)
- Salary: As per industry standards
🎓 Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
- Food Science Or any related field
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across kitchens.
- Train kitchen teams on SOPs, quality systems, and food safety practices.
- Prepare kitchens for FSSAI compliance and internal audits.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials and finished products while maintaining proper documentation.
- Investigate customer complaints through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare regional quality reports.
- Travel across multiple kitchen locations for inspections and audits.
✅ Required Skills
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, RCA, and CAPA.
- Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations for the catering/food service industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple kitchen audits.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of Quality Assurance experience in the food industry.
- Candidates must belong to the food industry.
- Own a two-wheeler for travel between kitchen locations.
- Strong communication skills.
