🚀 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager | Food Industry
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead end-to-end quality and food safety excellence across our organization.
Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all products consistently meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to deliver superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and enhance quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as BRC, FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal & Kosher
- Lead internal, external, and certification audits
- Oversee product quality across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Manage risk assessments, validations, and CAPA implementation
- Lead and develop the QA team to achieve high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Maintain robust documentation and compliance records
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and sustainability standards (RFA, Organic, SMETA)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry (Master’s preferred)
- 8–14 years of QA experience in Food / Spices / FMCG industry
- 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and stay near the plant location to ensure effective operational oversight and business continuity.
