The Role:
As a Junior R&D Executive, you will be at the heart of our product development cycle, working directly with experienced professionals to bring high-quality, compliant natural solutions to market.
What You Bring:
- Education: M.Sc. in Ayurveda or Herbal Science, food or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates (0–2 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Skillset: A strong foundational understanding of herbal formulations or Ayurvedic principles.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and formulation of new herbal or Ayurvedic products.
- Supporting lab trials, experiments, and technical documentation.
- Ensuring full compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, and GMP guidelines.
- Preparing technical dossiers and managing product stability data.
