Executive / Sr. Executive Vineyard Operations
Location: Dindori – Nashik
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to manage day-to-day vineyard operations and support our viticulture team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily vineyard activities.
- Handle the given vineyards area promptly by taking ownership.
- Monitor vines for pest and disease issues.
- Cultivation, thinning, pruning, tying, suckering, canopy management.
- Planting and Replanting, Irrigating and Harvesting.
- Timely follow and manage sprays in vineyards as informed by manager.
- Coordinate labour teams & field operations.
- Assist in harvest planning & grape quality control.
- Maintain field records & reports.
Qualification / Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture / Horticulture / Viticulture
- 2-4 years of experience in vineyard / horticulture operations
- Strong knowledge of grapes cultivation practices
- Ability to lead field teams.
