- Qualification: B.Tech/M. Tech – Food Technology /Microbiology
Must have strong knowledge of:
- FSSAI, FSSC & BRCGS standards
- HACCP principles & identification of CCPs
- Food safety and quality compliance
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining food safety & quality standards with a proactive approach towards compliance and audits.
