Job Title: Sensory Analyst and Quality Specialist
Location: Indore & Bihar

Key Responsibilities:
Sensory Analysis:
● Develop and execute sensory evaluation protocols for new and existing products.
● Conduct sensory testing, including descriptive analysis, consumer testing, and
preference analysis.
● Collaborate with the NPD team to refine recipes and formulations based on sensory
feedback.
● Maintain and update sensory databases and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Quality Assurance:
● Implement and monitor quality control processes across production lines to ensure
adherence to product specifications.
● Conduct regular inspections and sensory checks on raw materials, in-process, and
finished products.
● Investigate customer complaints related to sensory or quality issues and provide
actionable solutions.
● Stayupdated on food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.) and ensure compliance
across all products.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Science, Food technology, Food and
Nutrition, Nutrition & Dietetics
● Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sensory analysis or quality assurance in the food
industry.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in sensory evaluation techniques, quality testing tools, and
statistical analysis software.
● Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
