We have an opening for Senior Application Specialist (R & D department) at our Head office in Mumbai.
- Qualification ;B.Tech/M.tech M.Sc in Food Science or related field
- Experience: Looking for candidate having 2-3 years of experience, working in a food application lab will be an advantage
Certifications: FOSTAC level 2 /storage/warehouse/manufacturing, HACCP certification
Gender: Female preferred
Job Description:
- Conduct lab scale trials with company ingredients, develop prototypes, determine dosage, analyse effects of ingredient on the end product
- Solve Problems encountered in processing
- Provide literature to marketing officers/clients
- Interact with clients
- Train marketing officers with lab scale trials
- Run shelf-life studies if needed
- Prepare trial reports and circulate it to the team
- Participate in exhibitions
- Candidate must be open to travel Pan India when required Well Versed with FSSAI regulation
