We are hiring Officer QA for Parle Confectionery Neemrana
We are looking for skilled QA Officer to join our Team at Parle Biscuits Pvt Ltd ( Confectionery Unit ) Neemrana ,Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
1. RM/PM testing :- ( Sugar Glucose,Flavour,colour) and Packaging materials.
2. In Process quality :- Monitoring Brix levels ,pH and boiling temperatures to prevent crystallisation or charring.
3. Finished Goods:- Conducting sensory evaluation and shelf -life studies.
4. Compliance:- Maintaining FSSAI ,HACCP, and ISO 22000 documenation and ensuring shop floor hygiene (GHP/GMP)
5. Defect Analysis:-Identifying the cost cause of sticky or “cloudy “ candy batches.
Requirements:
1. B tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
2.2-4 Years experience ( Preferably in Confectionery of Food processing)
3.Knowledge of Lab equipment ( Refractometers , Polarimeters, etc )
