Param Dairy is looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead and strengthen our quality assurance and control processes at our Khurja, Bulandshahr plant. If you are passionate about food safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality dairy products, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Oversee and manage the entire quality assurance and control framework.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and process validations.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage and train the quality team to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D for product consistency and safety.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in quality management, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
