Tim Hortons India is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join the team and help drive food safety, supplier quality, restaurant standards, and regulatory compliance across the region.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety and quality standards across restaurants.
- Conduct restaurant audits and support regulatory readiness.
- Manage supplier quality and audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety systems.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and employee training.
🎯 Key Requirements
- 4–8 years of QA experience in QSR, Food Retail, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP & Food Safety Management Systems.
- Experience in supplier and restaurant audits.
- Strong stakeholder management and training capabilities.
